Dr. Schneider Begins at VCHS
Daniel Schneider, MD has begun his medical practice at the VCHS Medical Clinic in Ord. In addition, he will begin seeing patients on Wednesday mornings at the VCHS Medical Clinic in Burwell on August 24th.
Schneider grew up in Taylor, Nebraska and graduated from Loup County High School in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Doane College in 2003 and his Doctor of Medicine in 2008 from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Dr. Schneider completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Lincoln Medical Education Partnership in 2011. His interests are in pediatrics and sports medicine.
Dr. Schneider has moved to Ord with his wife, Natalie. She works in the field of statistics. Natalie competes in wheelchair basketball and has been selected to play on the U.S. national team several times. Both are avid sports fans and enjoy traveling. Dr. Schneider stated, "Natalie and I are very excited to be living and working in Ord. We are looking forward to getting involved in the community and enjoying all the advantages of living in rural Nebraska."
A community welcome reception will be held for Dr. Schneider on Tuesday, August 9th from 4:30 - 6:00 pm in the Courtyard Grille at Valley County Health System. A reception is also scheduled at the VCHS Medical Clinic in Burwell on Wed. August 31st from 4:30 - 6:00 pm.
