Valley County Health System is located in an attractive, progressive, rural community located in Central Nebraska. Ord combines the warmth of small-town charm with a large selection of local businesses and services found in larger communities.
The community of Ord continues to grow and improve because of diligent work by community and business leaders to make positive changes and expand business and community development.
Valley County Health System is proud to house medical clinics in four central Nebraska communities. In addition to a clinic in Ord, we also have clinics in Loup City, Burwell and North Loup. Each of these communities has their own annual event and small town atmosphere.

Sue Diehl
Sue did a fantastic presentation to the Board and Management Team regarding
what the imaging department does and how each area works. It was
informative, educational and timely. Sue was able to take complex diagnostic
scans and explain them so that each person could understand and was engaged
through the entire presentation. The variety of diagnostic scans that are
available at VCHS is remarkable. Thank you for the wonderful
