Rich Cecetka
Rich Cecetka of Ord was in great shape last spring, running more than five miles every day. Still, he was plagued by a tightness in his chest that wouldn’t go away. After visiting with a physician assistant at Ord Family Health Center and getting an EKG, Rich went straight to Valley County Health System for a cardiolite stress test. The test revealed a 99 percent blockage in one of his arteries. The following day, he was in Kearney for an angioplasty and stent insertion. Rich said he is thankful for all the healthcare services that were available right here in Ord. Afterall, he knows they saved his life. “Having the stress test done at the hospital saved a lot of time. And the way things worked out, I didn’t have time.”

Wall and floor covering installation continued in the medical clinic, specialty clinic and emergency department. Ceiling grid continued to be installed and electrical and plumbing contractors remained busy with lighting and hook-ups. The security contractor was on-site cabling the doors throughout the building.
