Panter, DNP, APRN, joins VCHS Medical Clinic

 

ORD, Neb. – The Valley County Health System (VCHS) Medical Clinic recently welcomed Mileah Panter, APRN-NP, to its team of providers.  Panter will be seeing patients in the Ord location. 

Panter is a Doctoral prepared nurse practitioner with dual board certifications of Acute Care and Primary Pediatric.  She is a published researcher and national speaker.  Panter is a member of the American Diabetes Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Diabetes Educators and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. 

“A patient is an individual, a member of a family, a member of a larger community,” said Panter.  “Each requires a varied amount of physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support.  It is my calling to provide individualized care to patients of all ages.  I look forward to being a part of VCHS.” 

Panter’s areas of expertise include endocrinology disorder treatments such as diabetes, thyroid disease, obesity, hormone treatment and hyperlipidemia management.  She specializes in complicated diabetes treatments including insulin pump and continuous blood glucose monitoring.  Panter will also be seeing patients for acute care of common illnesses, along with pediatric and adult wellness. 

“Mileah will be a great asset to VCHS,” VCHS CEO Nancy Glaubke, says.  “Not only will her knowledge and experience benefit our patients, but she embodies the VCHS mission, vision and values.” 

Panter will begin seeing patients in the VCHS Medical Clinic in Ord on Oct. 11.
