Proskocil re-elected to serve on NHAREF

ORD, Neb. – Valley County Health System (VCHS) Human Resources Director Danielle Proskocil, PHR, SHRM-CP, has been elected to serve a second term on the Nebraska Hospital Association Research and Educational Foundation (NHAREF) board.

The purpose of the NHAREF is to provide quality onsite educational programs and a wide variety of other services such as web-based programs, webinars and training products to assist health care providers in meeting state and federal regulations.  The foundation identifies partners in education who offer the content, expertise and communication skills necessary to teach professional adults and maintains an excellent grasp on current health care issues.  There are also scholarships offered through the foundation designated for students interested in health care careers.  The scholarships support the future leaders in their efforts to earn a high-quality education.

This is Proskocil’s second two-year term on the foundation.  “I am honored to serve as a director on the foundation board,” Proskocil says.  “I enjoy contributing and supporting healthcare education which has a positive impact in our state and throughout our community.   

Proskocil has worked at VCHS for 15 years, beginning at the VCHS medical clinics before becoming director of human resources in 2012.
