ORD, Neb. – Randi Wiese has been named the Valley County Health System (VCHS) Employee of the Quarter. Wiese, Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk, was nominated by coworkers for demonstrating the VCHS values of integrity, compassion, ownership, respect and trust. VCHS CEO Nancy Glaubke and Director of Human Resources, Danielle Proskocil, PHR, SHRM-CP, presented the award to Wiese during a reception with family and coworkers on July 16 at VCHS.

Wiese’s nomination read:

“Integrity – Randi is honest and has high standards when doing her jobs.  You know she will complete her work in a timely manner and do it well.  At any time she will answer questions and provide help when needed.

Compassion – She is sincere and genuine.  She works well with all co-workers and the community.  She is friendly to all, a good listener, caring and nurturing.

Ownership – She leads groups from beginning to end.  Some examples are Birthday Breaks and setting up the department’s Open House.  She takes on jobs along with her other work.

Respect – She shows respect to everyone she comes in contact with.  It may be a co-worker, visitor or community member.

Trust – You can trust Randi to complete all the jobs she does.  She works with all departments when doing payroll.  She’s a team player.  Randi is organized, punctual and a responsible individual.  VCHS is lucky to have her as part of the team!”
