    At Valley County Health System, employees are more than numbers or statistics. They're healers, innovators, motivators and difference makers. The Gold Star award is presented by VCHS Administration and Senior Leadership to an employee who goes above and beyond their call of duty. This award was created so that anyone could nominate an employee in any way possible in order to give them the recognition they deserve.
