VCHS Child Development

Valley County Health System Child Development Committee is made up of parents, educators, and professionals who are concerned about the developmental needs of young children in Valley County.

The mission of the VCHS Child Development Committee is to make a positive difference in the lives of young children in Valley County.

The committee's work includes giving new parents free baby bags filled with educational materials, toys, books, etc.; sponsoring family events such as an annual Kid's Fair, Ord North Pole Express, and Family Literacy Night; and hosting nationally recognized authors and programs locally.
