VCHS offers the VCHS Medical Clinic Patient Portal, Webview, as a way for you to view information related to your recent clinic visit. 
Please contact VCHS at 728-4202 to receive your unique username and password information if you didn't receive it during your visit.

• Vital Signs
• Procedures
• Medication List
• Lab Results
• Plan of Care

(Please note your lab results will be available once your provider has reviewed and signed off on the report.)
