Fitness Reaching Older Generations (FROG)

FROG is a free fitness program designed to help adults ages 50 and older improve their balance, mobility, and strength. The program is held every Tuesday and Friday from 9 - 10 a.m. at the VCHS Old Rehab Room, Ord. The program combines low-impact aerobics, resistance and weight training, and stretching, and participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace. Three trained and passionate VCHS employees teach the class.

A person must be a Sterling Connection member to participate. To become a member, join the FROG program, or learn more, call Becky Ries at 308.728.4299.

The next presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, August 28.  "Managing Diabetes: What you need to know" will be presented by VCHS Diabetic Education Nurses Jaclyn McClanahan, RN, and Lisa Tomjack, RN.  Please view flyer here.
