FROG is a free fitness program designed to help adults ages 50 and older improve their balance, mobility, and strength. The program is held every Tuesday and Friday from 9 - 10 a.m. at the VCHS Foundation Building. The program combines low-impact aerobics, resistance and weight training, and stretching, and participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace. Three trained and passionate VCHS employees teach the class.
A person must be a Sterling Connection member to participate. To become a member, join the FROG program, or learn more, call Joey Cadek at 308.728.4315.
The Lunch & Learn presentations are a free monthly lunch event hosted by VCHS in the Board Room. Topics and presenters vary month to month..
