Vestibular Rehab

Valley County Health System provides Vestibular Rehabilitation services to patients living with the effects of vertigo and balance disorders.  With this specialized program, our certified Physical Therapists will evaluate, diagnose and treat vestibular disorders, which are characterized by vertigo or difficulty with balance and mobility. Vestibular disorders can cause a significant decrease in quality of life and VCHS is happy to provide the specialized services needed to cure it, close to home.

Patients that would benefit from Vestibular Rehabilitation may experience some of the following symptoms:

• Vertigo (feeling like the room is spinning)
• Dizziness
• Blurred vision and/or vision impairments
• Migraines
• Peripheral neuropathy (numbness of the feet)
• Impaired balance and coordination
• Frequent falls
