When minutes matter, Valley County Health System's emergency team is here. The VCHS Emergency Department is equipped to provide compassionate, potentially life-saving care for a medical emergency 24/7.
VCHS is designated as a Basic Level Trauma Center, so our role is to stabilize, prepare, and transfer all patients with potentially life-threatening injuries. In order to provide top quality care, we partner with a teletrauma network; this allows our providers to consult with the Good Samaritan Trauma Center using real-time video and audio when caring of our patients.
If an emergency and need of immediate response and care, dial 911.
Other questions or concerns may be directed to the VCHS Emergency Department at 308.728.4254.
