Bobbi Lytle

Bobbi's nomination reads:

Bobbi has trained many ward clerks over the years. I knew that she had worked here for a long time, but just found out yesterday that she has been with VCHS for 16 years.

Bobbi not only works full time as a ward clerk, but is on call several nights a week as an EMT. Many nights she has been called in to transport patients from the ER to hospitals in Grand Island, Kearney and beyond only to show up at 6 am to start her ward clerk shift after only a few hours of sleep.

Never once have I heard her complain. She is a tireless worker who always has a smile on her face. She has filled in for me several times on the spur of the moment when I was transitioning my mother to a nursing home.

She represents what VCHS is all about – a selfless team player who always treats patients and their families with respect. That is why Bobbi is beloved by staff, patients and their families.

Thank you for all you do Bobbi! You are greatly appreciated.
