During the recent Valley County Health System Gala, winter weather brought unexpected snow and ice. While most were enjoying the evening, VCHS Maintenance Manager Brian Oestreich demonstrated dedication and care for our staff and patients. Concerned about safety, Brian returned to the hospital in his formal attire to clear snow and spread ice melt, ensuring that everyone could navigate the grounds safely.

 

Brian’s actions reflect his unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of our community. His willingness to go above and beyond—even outside normal working hours—shows the true spirit of service that keeps our hospital running smoothly.
