In early March Bryant reached out to HR asking if we could do a March Madness bracket competition. Bryant said that this fun competition would assist to increase employee engagement and create a fun environment at work. The HR team felt like this was a great idea, but we needed some manpower behind the idea to do it correctly. Who would be the best person to lead the effort, Bryant himself of course! Bryant jumped at the chance to take on the project and before our first planning meeting, he had the most amazing excel created. Bryant took the lead in sharing the competition by going department to department and recruited 63 competitors. He tracked each game and created a leader board to share after each round. He saw the project through to the end and had his winners list ready the morning after the championship game.

 

Bryant's creativity and efforts are greatly appreciated. His actions are an outstanding representation of a Gold Star Award! Congratulations!
