Recently we have been experiencing a lot of computer/system issues, as well as both clinic offsites being without phone access last week. Craig went above and beyond trying to fix the issues, he went so far as to stay well past working hours. He is incredibly friendly and professional every time we need something.
It is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work and does a truly fantastic job. He spends time talking with nursing and providers to figure out the issues, even when he might not understand the clinical jargon, he sticks it out and almost always comes up with a plan to get us back up and running. His communication skills are top notch, constantly sending updates and notifications to all involved parties. The medical clinic team is beyond grateful for his knowledge, skills and patience over the past couple of months. He is a true asset to VCHS and deserves top recognition for his work and efforts.
