Mariah Sekutera

Mariah's nomination reads:

In the short time Mariah has been with Home Health & Hospice, she has been a true example of the VCHS values of integrity, compassion, ownership, respect and trust. A recent text from one of her case managers says it well:  “Keep in mind what a great job you do. You have set the standard high for anyone that follows you! Thanks for being a great patient advocate and giving them their dignity.” Mariah’s first concern is always her patients and that they get the care “they deserve”. I have heard her on many occasions express concern for them and their feelings, and her compassion is especially evident in the extra time she gives assuring them of their value by providing careful attention to their needs. This Gold Star is given with appreciation for all you represent that is good, kind and caring.
