Kayla Pollard
Kayla's nomination reads:
Kayla has transitioned from the Lab to the Pharmacy but continues to work part-time in the Lab to help out with that department’s needs.
There have been several occasions where Kayla’s expertise was needed & although she was in the Pharmacy - she never hesitated to help answer questions regarding Lab processes, build orders and help out with any other urgent needs!
She definitely follows all of our Key Mission items:
Professionalism by always being very efficient, kind & helpful.
Respect by always eagerly helping us without complaint.
Compassion when helping us she always has a kind demeanor and understanding of our needs.
Ownership by taking responsibility in helping solve issues even when she is not working in that department.
Communication she always goes above & beyond to help share her knowledge - Which is GREATLY appreciated.
