Patti Bolli
Congratulations to VCHS Physical Therapist, Patti Bolli, PT, for being recognized with a gold star.
Patti's nomination reads:
Patti Bolli is being recognized for providing excellent patient care and displaying all the core values of VCHS’s mission. These values are integrity, compassion, ownership, respect, and trust.
Recently, a patient called to voice his appreciation for Patti’s patient care. During the patient’s evaluation he was not feeling well and Patti did not feel he was safe to drive home. Patti offered to drive the patient home to make sure he was safe. She then took time out of her personal time to stop by his house after work to make sure he was feeling better. The patient also said that she has helped refer him to another specialist for additional diagnostic testing to help with his diagnosis and treatment plan.
The patient was very grateful and appreciative for Patti’s service and care. He stated “Patti went above and beyond her role as a therapist. She has been very professional and compassionate, I could not ask for better care.”
This is just one patient example, but Patti has many loyal patients who swear by her patient care and knowledge. So, thank you Patti for all you do for your patients on a daily basis. VCHS is lucky to have you!
