The VCHS Billing team has been experiencing a payment posting issue with United Healthcare since April, in which they are not paying us correctly, causing a mess with our accounts. We have had to hold several remits since April and have been trying to figure out their reimbursement method. It has been a very long process, but I am pleased to report that Shayna was able to bring that project to completion! Thankful to have Shayna on our team and appreciate her attention to detail and diligence in solving this very big, very messy puzzle.
