Stephanie is someone the team can always rely on. Her consistency, attention to detail, and willingness to help whenever and wherever needed have earned the trust and appreciation of her coworkers. The team truly values her contributions and knows they can count on her to get the job done right. She consistently follows established guidelines and was instrumental in cleaning up and strengthening our payment plan process by implementing a more consistent approach. She does what is right for both the organization and our patients, even in difficult or sensitive financial situations. She proactively took on the task of writing appeal letters to insurance companies, resulting in many successful overturns in our favor. Her dedication and follow-through have made a meaningful financial impact on our facility. She made a great connection at the Department of Insurance Workman’s Comp division and is now dubbed the Workman’s Comp Guru!
