2025 Service Excellence Recipient
We are pleased to announce that this year's Service Excellence Award Recipient is Hallie Yantzie.
Since January 2018, Hallie has been an integral part of the VCHS team. Hallie began her VCHS career as a Nurse Practitioner in the Clinics and Emergency Department.
In 2022, Hallie transferred to a position focusing more on the Emergency Department, where she has compassionately cared for countless patients and has provided the very best in quality outcomes. Hallie serves on the VCHS Medical Staff team, and works daily to make VCHS the best place for patients to receive care. Hallie has over 15 years of excellent nursing experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our facility.
Not only is Hallie a superstar within our facility, but she also serves our community by representing VCHS in many activities. Hallie serves as a leader of the Valley County Fair Board, where she organizes the annual fair, works countless hours in concession stands, and plans other events such as the Loup Valley Ag Society wine and beer tasting. Hallie also serves as a volunteer and leader for the Girls on the Run program at the Ord Schools. She’s an advocate for more than teaching young ladies to run. She also helps them understand different communication styles and build their self-confidence along the way. During the summer, Hallie can be found at the ballfields coaching youth softball, and in the winter, she can be found at the Golden Husk assisting with the annual play productions. In her limited remaining spare time, she volunteers on the Bound for a New Playground project and prepares meals and assists with projects with her children’s youth group. Outside of our community, Hallie plans and hosts the Nebraska State Twin Convention, a special gathering of twins across the state.
Hallie’s career has focused on the health and well-being of our community. She is a knowledgeable and compassionate caregiver and stays ahead of the most recent developments in the healthcare field. Hallie is a fantastic nurse practitioner who provides her patients with the very best care. Her dedication and leadership contribute to a strong emergency team that keeps our patients safe and healthy.
Hallie is originally from Sargent, but now resides in Ord. She enjoys traveling to exciting destinations, such as Alaska or the beach, and spending time with her family and friends. Hallie is a twin and has two other siblings. She is an awesome aunt to several nieces and nephews that she adores. Her favorite people of all are her husband Marty and their two wonderful daughters, Emmy and Maddie.
We are so fortunate to have Hallie as a valued member of the VCHS team, and we are happy to present her with the 2025 Service Excellence Award.
