Green named VCHS Employee of the Year

Chelle Green, has been named the Valley County Health System (VCHS) Employee of the Year for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Green, VCHS Medical Clinic Scheduler, received recognition for her commitment to exemplifying the VCHS values of integrity, compassion, ownership, respect, and trust and for going above and beyond in her work.

VCHS CEO Ashley Woodward presented the award to Green at a ceremony with coworkers, family, and friends in attendance. Green was one of four VCHS Employee of the Quarter recipients last year. The VCHS Employee of the Year was voted on by VCHS employees, who ultimately chose Green as the 2023-2024 recipient. In addition to receiving an award and certificate, Green will represent VCHS as the Nebraska Hospital Association Caring Kind Awards recipient.

Other VCHS Employee of the Quarter award recipients for the last year included Insurance Biller Paula Sherburne, Medical Clinic Nurse Debbie Graves, LPN, and Insurance Clerk Tena Birkel.
