Flowers named VCHS Employee of the Quarter

Kristie Flowers, RN, has been named the Valley County Health System (VCHS) Employee of the Quarter. Flowers was nominated by coworkers for demonstrating the VCHS values of integrity, compassion, ownership, respect and trust. VCHS CEO Ashley Woodward presented the award to Flowers during a reception with her coworkers, family, and friends on July 2nd.

Flowers has been a VCHS employee since 2022 and works as a registered nurse in Acute Care and Emergency Department. With this recognition, Flowers will also be considered for the VCHS Employee of the Year award for 2026.
