Physician Assistant Brooke Becker To Join VCHS

ORD, Neb. – Brooke Becker, PA-C, will be joining Valley County Health System (VCHS) as a new primary care provider in January of 2026. Becker will primarily see patients at the VCHS Medical Clinics in Burwell and Ord as well as the Emergency Department (ED) in Ord.

Originally from Hastings, Nebraska, Brooke Becker earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Chadron State College in 2023. She continued her education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Kearney, where she completed her Physician Assistant program and graduated in December 2025. Brooke and her fiancé, JD Meeks, reside on a family farm in Taylor, Nebraska.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys being outdoors, whether fishing or wakesurfing at the lake, raising and riding horses, traveling, or spending time at the ranch. She values quality time with her family and friends and is especially excited to work in a rural community where she can build lasting relationships with patients and their families, be involved in the community, and provide care where personal connections truly matter. We are excited to welcome Brooke to our team and look forward to the care and dedication she will bring to our communities.
