Shoemaker named VCHS Employee of the Quarter
Laci Shoemaker, RN, has been named the Valley County Health System (VCHS) Employee of the Quarter. Shoemaker was nominated by coworkers for demonstrating the VCHS values of integrity, compassion, ownership, respect and trust. VCHS CEO Nancy Glaubke presented the award to Shoemaker during a reception with her coworkers on July 19th.
Shoemaker has been a VCHS employee since 2012 and works as a Nurse in the Acute Care and Emergency Departments. With this recognition, Shoemaker will also be considered for the VCHS Employee of the Year award for fiscal year 2020-2021.
