White named VCHS Employee of the Year

Erika White, DPT, has been named the Valley County Health System (VCHS) Employee of the Year for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. White, VCHS Physical Therapist, received the recognition because of her commitment to exemplifying the VCHS values of integrity, compassion, ownership, respect and trust and for going above and beyond in her work.

VCHS CEO Nancy Glaubke presented the award to White at a ceremony with coworkers, family and friends in attendance. White was one of four VCHS Employee of the Quarter recipients during the last year. The VCHS Employee of the Year was voted on by VCHS employees who ultimately chose White as the 2021-2022 recipient. In addition to receiving an award and certificate, White will represent VCHS as the Nebraska Hospital Association Caring Kind Awards recipient.

Other VCHS Employee of the Quarter award recipients for the last year included Nutritional Services Manager Melanie Vanosdall; Clinical IT Analyst Sharon Iwanski, LPN; and Materials Management Manager Kerry Drahota.
