Young selected as Nebraska Hospital Association Leadership Institute participant

ORD, Neb. – Valley County Health System (VCHS) Support Services Director Ben Young has been selected for the 2019 Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) Leadership Institute.  Young is the director of the VCHS Support Services Department and has been with the hospital since 2012.

The NHA Leadership Institute is designed to provide effective training for professional development and personal growth for health care leaders.  Each year, nearly 40 health care professionals are selected to participate in the 10-month intensive program. The program involves hours of training, team building and coaching sessions.  

Participants will learn the necessary skills to becoming exceptional leaders and will establish relationships with peers from other Nebraska hospitals.
